We operate oyster farms from the Far North through to the Marlborough Sounds, with one of the strictest water quality assurance programmes for shellfish in the world.
Our factories operate under strict food safety plans and processes with full product traceability back to time and date of harvest and specific oyster farm. This allows us to deliver the highest quality oyster, safe to eat in their natural raw state as certified by New Zealand food safety officials. Our farmed Pacific oysters are also certified under the A+ New Zealand Sustainable Aquaculture Programme.
