He aha tāu e mahi ana | What You’ll Be doing:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this is an important support role focused on domestic sales and the distribution of diverse product ranges. The primary focus is providing customer, administrative and business support to supply chain and warehouse operations to ensure continuity of workflows, and optimal service and sales processing is delivered.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordination and processing of domestic sales orders, ensuring the right product gets to the right customer on time
- Develop and maintain customer relations; including issue resolution, order taking and placing,
- Data entry, research and analysis, telephone and email management
- Continuous improvement initiatives to streamline administration processes, systems and practices
- Performance and reporting
- Office support tasks; including purchasing
Working cross functionally, you will have a natural flair for connecting with people at all levels and coordinating tasks and activities to ensure a seamless flow of work, and response management to internal and external stakeholders.
You will thrive in having a busy role, managing multiple priorities, and being a key interface to the business and external stakeholders.
You will join a hard-working team where your support is highly valued, along with your ability to remain calm under pressure, troubleshoot issues and be a solution provider. Highly motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a ‘can do attitude’ are essential.

With a reputation as a consummate professional, who has a high level of integrity, and enthusiasm, you will be super organised, with an excellent attention to detail, flexible way of working and the natural ability to build credible and trusted relationships quickly and effectively.
An accomplished coordinator and administrator, your flair for customer service and creating memorable experiences for employees and visitors will be one of your greatest strengths.
Open, transparent and a proactive communicator, you can anticipate the needs of others and have proven ability to manage conflicting and changing priorities. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to think on your feet and pick up and apply new skills.
Ideally you will have a background in FMCG, manufacturing or supply chain, working with people at all levels of an organisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of expertise using the Microsoft suite; Word, PowerPoint & Excel is essential.
